PROJECT GOALS

The Argyle Group is a UK-based real estate company that frequently works with Family Offices and UHNW individuals. Oftentimes, family members own real estate investment properties and vacation homes but lack the time or desire for efficient management. The Argyle Group wanted to position themselves to arrange professional property management that is responsible for renting, leasing, and superintending property. Property administration includes advertisement, tenant screening, rent collection, property bill payment, inspection, and maintenance. To appeal to both UHNW clients and potential tenants, the Argyle group required a strong brand and identity.

SOLUTION

Family Office Branding (FOB) surveyed the firm leaders and gathered data on their current and ideal clients. By doing an intensive brand discovery, FOB determined that the Argyle Group’s branding should convey knowledgeability, stability, and be exceptionally polished. The Argyle Group’s clients are already educated in real estate and finance, and as such, the firm must position itself as best-in-class experts.

RESULTS

FOB embraced the firm’s storied legacy in their branding with a blackletter script logo and traditional design elements. The color palette of soft blue and camel is both sophisticated and approachable, expressing their expertise and security. This elegant brand identity immediately demonstrates that the Argyle Group is of a higher caliber than other real estate companies, and they are a perfect partner for Family Offices and UHNW individuals.
